My name is Mike Theaker, and I grew up on a farm in southwest Saskatchewan. Today, I farm, work full-time as an agronomist, and run a small manufacturing business. Being actively involved in agriculture has allowed me to work closely with farmers and see firsthand the challenges that come with growing operations.

One common issue I noticed was grain bin labeling. As farms expand, so do storage, logistics, and communication challenges — especially during busy seasons like seeding and harvest when multiple people are working together.

The Grain Bin Tag was developed to solve this problem. By clearly labeling bins at the source, farms can improve communication, reduce mistakes, and keep operations running smoothly.

I’ve seen many farms struggle to reliably label their bins and communicate what’s stored where. This product was created to provide a simple, durable, and effective solution for modern farm operations.
